Plymcare - 5 days! Couldn't believe it. For all of you reading this thread for the first time;
1) ring CanonUK? on 08705 143 723 and get an order number
2) take note of your serial number (behind the batterypack) and package the camera
3) insert a letter/note with your full address, telnumber, the fault reference and the fault description
4) send off (insured, approx £7) to Plymcare or one of the other centres that are emailed to you by CanonUK?. Simple!!!
